We have been a client since they opened and every time we call and need something, they are there. Very professional and responsive each and every time. You can see that they truly love the animals.

On a Sunday, at 1:30 they squeezed in my beloved Sophie. At 2, I called them back with another issue and concern with my beautiful girl and without hesitation they let us come right back in. They went to work on her urine and meds. and took the time to call me and ease my nerves. We have 3 other cats that go here, and they have called us at all hours to help us with directions, explain procedures, and calm our nerves. The place looks small, but is filled with big hearts, and smart vets/vet techs/ receptionist. If you want to go somewhere that really cares about giving your animals great care and won't break the bank - Vitality Veterinary is the place!!! Thank you all so much!

Harley had his first vet appt today at Vitality Veterinary Services Swansea. Amazing experience! Employees were kind, welcomed us with smiling faces and open arms! Appointment was not rushed; they answered all our concerning questions and took their time. Highly suggest their services! Happy and healthy pup means a happy mom!

11/10. Excellent and responsive care with a very well trained and experienced staff. Dr. Bourque goes above and beyond, and cares for her patients as her own. Any time I bring my cats and dog in, requiring either emergency or long-term care, they are at ease and comfortable with a friendly and detail-oriented staff. Quality on the spot treatment for any issues as well as invested follow up calls and visits. Highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy and have never been disappointed with his care or treatment! He actually loves his visits to the vet. The staff are friendly, helpful and really care about their job and their furry patients. I always recommend Vitality to friends and family for not only their quality and staff, but their affordability. Through COVID and the many restrictions that even vets have to follow, they’ve come up with a great system and I’m never worried about my dog’s well-being when he has to go in without me. Thank you guys!

I have been bringing my pets to Vitality for a few years now and I have never had any issue. They are all very kind, educated and professional. They’ve taken such good care of my senior dog as issues arise with him. I won’t bring my fur babies anywhere else.

This practice was exemplary. I recently had to make the painful decision to say goodbye to my 17.5 year young kitty Stitch. He had end stage kidney disease and they helped me through the process to try and extend his life and keep him happy. But the end soon came, and they helped me honor Stitch compassionately.
